Story
Corporate law gives shareholders a derivative suit to act on the company's behalf when its own directors will not. How well that mechanism works in practice differs a great deal between legal systems.
Alongside that study, two research projects looked at competition law in e-commerce and at how well the public understands judicial review at the Constitutional Court.
I was the lead author of the derivative suit study and a co-author of the two journal articles.
