Story
Forlawtous.id had been publishing its educational content and event information through social media alone. Visitors had no single place to find the programmes, the team or the articles.
A website would need developers, writers and the events team to work from the same plan, and the launch had to be ready before the next programme cycle.
As Director Project Management, I owned the delivery plan, the schedule and the coordination between the divisions that would build and fill the site.

Define the scope
Agreed on the pages, features and priorities for the first release with the Web Development and Content leads.

Broke the work into milestones with owners and dates, and tracked the budget alongside them.

Prepare the content
Coordinated writers and the events team so every page had approved copy before the site went live.

Launch and hand over
Went live on schedule and documented how the site would be maintained by the next committee.
