Story
Client companies needed employment documents that matched current labour regulation. Several relied on old templates that no longer fitted their workforce or their working arrangements.
At the same time, new businesses needed their registrations and licences in order, including NPWP registration and OSS licensing, before they could start hiring.
As Legal Staff, I assisted the attorneys with drafting and reviewing employment and corporate documents, and with the legal research behind them.
Contribution steps
- 1
Research the rules
Checked the relevant labour, corporate and environmental regulations before each draft, and noted the clauses that mattered most to the client.
- 2
Draft the documents
Prepared company regulations, PKWT and PKWTT agreements, collective labour agreements, MoUs and NDAs from the client's facts.
- 3
Review and revise
Reviewed drafts against checklists, tracked comments from supervising attorneys and delivered clean final versions.
